How does HMMWV shut down? Fuel shut off solenoid questions.

. And most of them go down the road at between 45 and 55 and do that form of motoring just fine.

    What do you build?

. Really nice door! Nice gymnastics too. That's a little easier when you don't have a tool shed :)

    Hmmwv

. You might try using "military hmmwv camper" in a search engine. I just tried that here and just cussed. I know for sure that we have a member here with a dodge ambulance and two kids and a dog that go camping in one.

. Everything insurance went up here in North Carolina between 9% and 12%. Vehicle insurance Business Liability Business and Personal Umbrella Health Insurance I personally have my agent shopping other companies. There were no claims - except the health insurance - normal "well visits".

How does HMMWV shut down? Fuel shut off solenoid questions.

. And if you decide on a manual valve in the fuel supply - you will have created yourself a good anti-theft device for your truck. Just don't contract Alzheimer's or you will wonder why your truck won't start...

    Railroad Forum

. Unfortunately, Norfolk Southern must have a pack of useless college boys or maybe it is management that has no desire to share railroad history on their website. More than half of the links are broken that mention heritage go off into oblivion. Up in Spencer, North Carolina we have a...

    Calipers Stuck

. I'm not sure you should count on the 49 verified miles part of your statement. These trucks are not like your personal car where the government requires odometer certification. The speedometer doesn't even have to work... On the other hand, you may have a gem - but don't bet on it. It would...

    MEP-016B oil cooling hose connection

. Ummm... That shouldn't have happened. The small nut is the fitting that should "disconnect". The part you are showin in the picture should still be together.

    New member from NM

. Welcome to the Outfit! It might be worth spending a weekend sitting in the right seat and going through the fuse panel cleaning it up. Before you start, disconnect the batteries! What you want to do is clean the contacts in the board. The windows aren't always rolled up when it rains and...

    Freezing Parking Brake

. Not everybody does it, but I have air driers on my "house air" and also have water traps in that system. I don't want water in my air tools - so I would assume the same clean, dry air should be used to connect my truck to the shop air.

. Thanks @Tracer !! Wonderful power on display... Both the locomotives and the armor at the Tehachape and the second line of Abrams at Caliente. I couldn't help but capture a few frames to share with the group. Especially neat to see one of our Norfolk Southern locomotives pulling as well...

looking for picture of the data/warning plates

. @spankybear , spelling has everything to do with what I do for a living. We print ink on paper (and other stuff). It has always amazed me how Customers will proofread and approve a PROOF of their job - using their typed and spell checked document - and still miss words spelled incorrectly...
