I dunno...
I can't quite see our military or government in general spending the thought it would take to send a used machine to Ukraine. They would rather spend the money for a new (insert NSN here) rather than test and confirm a running model. Different bucket of money...

If you decide to go with a sheet of aluminum, a local sign shop could cut the door shapes out for you. The trick will be somebody has to draw the shapes for the machine to cut from. AutoCad DXF or whatever other CAD program you might have access to.

It's hell when you get old... I just can't remember WHO. I have seen several discussions and installations on LMTV's for electric windows, remote start, and electric door locks. I know you don't have one, but I would be willing to bet that you could have those same features for Bertha or...

The sneeze valve that @NDT mentioned will sometimes get stuck partially open. Squatting down there beside the dryer lets you hear it "hissing". Stick the flat palm of your hand over it and often times it will seal itself shut - then start functioning like it should. That isn't a permanent...

Welcome to the Outfit you @Old Geezer !
Hoping that you found the TM section for Technical Manuals.
Looking forward to you posting a few pictures of your newly acquired Green Machine too.
Welcome to the group. It sounds like you have a bunch of toys already...

Good source without having to be a certified SCUBA Diver is the local Paintball shops. SCUBA tanks won't be refilled by the local dive shop if you aren't a card carrying diver. Safety. People are stupid and without training, people tend to die if they have air in a tank and try to play...

Hi Jason,
It might help a little to have a visual... Blue Machinist Dye will give you a picture.
I found a nice article that explains what you want to see.
Also created a PDF of the page below if it disappears at some time in the future...

Maybe a half a day sitting in the right seat - removing the existing Circuit Breakers (CB's) and cleaning the contacts, then adding a touch of Anti-Oxidation paste could solve a lot of problems.
These vehicles, driven by 18 year old youngsters that have no care about maintenance - might...

A couple of drops of MMO in the air hose feeding the wipers - and let it run for a while - could greatly improve wiper performance. Don't go off the deep end, just a few drops...

I know you don't want to, but now might be a good time to look at the fuel filter again. Maybe you "caught all the crap" that was sloshing around in the tank. Glad to hear she made it home without a hiccup! Nice looking vehicle...

Like you said @cucvrus , Everybody has an opinion.
Paint on a barn done by hand lasts longer than a sprayed barn. Thicker coat and like you said - when you are up close and personal - you can fill in any imperfections "more better" with a brush.

Having hydraulic power on board gives you lots of options. Aside from your original goal for a winch, you can have a hydraulic impact wrench, or a chain saw, or a even a jack... Lots of choices. Heck, you could even connect your log splitter up to the system if you wanted to.
