Good reminder @GopherHill
Here are the easy version of "Cheat Notes" for the 3 Lever Switch.
Brake lights for example DO NOT operate if the lights aren't in the "Service Drive" position texczech .

I was rummaging through some old receipts and found where I had bought a pair of or new air tanks. They were aluminum, so it's a different kind of crud rather than rust when they collect "goop".
Daily draining really is important when you consider that the air in those tanks are a life and...

I keep saying it, but WOW!
That is really good looking model.
You really do great work! The bedroll and saddle bags give it "finish" and character too!

The TM's (Technical Manuals) are posted here. Free download. TM9-2320-272-24-4 has electrical diagrams with the full truck electrical on page 819. That page is attached below.
The turn signal (SignalStat) will generally last forever - but everything out on the back of the truck goes...

That is really good news!!
Percussive Persuasion is a wonderful thing.
I wonder if there was a little water in the fluid that caused the sticky situation?
The winch is just about the lowest point in the hydraulic system and oil floats on water...
.
Wow. Me too... Almost looks like a coating of rust inside the tank - but the bits extracted earlier look like a coating rather than rust scale. Maybe we can get some other opinions. Maybe some fish tank gravel and shake the heck out of it and see what else comes out of at least one tank?

It's an import, but you could get an endoscope attachment for your smart phone that has a light on it. It has a light on the end of it with a camera. App that I have is HD WiFi. I use it in my honeybee boxes when it is really cold outside... I can take a look without disturbing them...

After about a half dozen times, I skip the steps that use the caging bolt and tapping the brake chamber. Going straight to a nice "love tap" with a 3 # hammer solves the problem for me and my M1088.
Obviously chocks are pretty important...
Nicely done video too.

I don't have the skills, but there is a guy I know that uses resin casting to create what you need. I guess the first question is model scale. His site is here and I saw several things that might work. http://valuegeardetails.com/AboutUs.html

Sometimes a pressure washer will do it.
Depending on how long the rattlecan black was painted on your truck. Or some 400 or 800 grit sand paper slowly with a flat wooden black may reveal the under numbers. AND if you can supply those numbers on a FOIA request, you will have a better...

I would say that recruiting everybody you know in Washington State to send a letter to your elected officials in support of HB 1439 will help. SEMA is involved and if you can toss support for them as well - another plus there as well.

AND somebody needs to help the local government napoleons understand that the SF97 is a document from our "Big National Guberment" that releases the truck from the military to its first civilian owner. You can't go back and get the SF97 form a second time or get a new one for an old truck.

Invalid certificate. If you know how, you can bypass that. Chances are that it is the "P" portion of their certificate hasn't been renewed or was improperly applied. That is the part of the httP in the url and the only way you can pay for the request. Eventually - at government speed -...
.
I am not the all knowing, but I believe that the suspension you have will do the job as it is. Fatter tires to "float" the truck in mud and slop, but you should be good with the truck you have. Thinking too that you aren't a 19 year old with both feet flat on the floor, so you won't beat up...

The Deuce is capable of the 2.5 tons in the field.
On the road, 5 tons is acceptable if you are tagged for that much weight.
You absolutely DO NOT want an overweight ticket!
Axles and springs will support three tons with no problem.
Being nosy, what do you plan to haul?
.
Yes Sir. Just remembering that is is the government and they work at "government speed". Be sure that you be as detailed as possible with your online form. Link is above, but https://www.foiaonline.gov is the starting point.
