You will need to disconnect the hose that attaches to the fan clutch.

Don't you just wiggle the belts over the fan? Removing the fan is no fun.

The scenario you are describing has not been discussed here. My guess is that the alternator voltage regulator is failing, and your LED headlights have over overvoltage protection that is cutting them out.

There is no auto shut down circuit on the FMTVs related to oil pressure. Oil pressure is not required to crank the engine.
