You have very faded CARC 383 green. If you obtain more from Sherwin Williams Industrial Coatings it will be much darker than your cab. Point being you will end up having to paint everything to get the truck one color, so you can use any shade you like. I don't think there is a RAL crossover...

Hmm, maybe the ignition switch in the steering column. Poke around with the voltmeter and see if power is available to the coil with the key in run.

I think this is related to the ballast resistor which is bypassed when you crank. Ohm it out.

Sorry I messed up. I jumped to the conclusion that you wanted to put a HMMWV turbo intake on your 6.2. No reason that a 6.5 side mount turbo intake manifold won't fit on a 6.2.

Impossible. The ports on the head are at a different angle between NA and turbocharged. EDIT: Only on HMMWV engines

Hoses are not clogged. What you have is air getting into the system and causing the fluid to become aerated and overflow.

Welcome to the forum. Any brakes that are dragging you will know it, as they will get stupid hot. If the rears are dragging, cage the 4 cans to eliminate the parking system. Also make sure your front emergency glad hand cover has a functioning vent.

Welcome to the forum. Does your truck make the rattle if you rev the engine in neutral? If so, remove all the belts to eliminate engine accessories.

I'm having a hard time IDing the engine from the harmonic balancer and water pump pulley. That poor truck looks to have sat for 20+ years. Expect it to need end to end exhaust, fuel system, torque rod ends, tires and brakes.

Sorry, the interaxle differential lock is either locked or it isn't, forward/reverse has nothing to do with it. Repeat the test I described in Drive and Reverse to verify for yourself.
