It is a very heavy duty extension cord to plug the truck into a 3 phase generator or another 3 phase power source. Its about the diameter of a silver dollar. Probably 100 AMP.

After gettin razzed by papabear about the 45 degree exhaust elbow and flapper I decided to return them to NAPA and get a 90 instead! Since my wife had the car, BILLY and I took his pickup to NAPA and made the exchange.
When we returned Billy took off and I started to repair the exhaust stack...
My M820A2 has the same heater as the Deuce except its on the passenger side. I have taken these heaters apart before and they are a very simple design. Its a metal box with a blower fan on one end, a smaller coil that the coolant flows through, and the output port.
I actually cut my box...
I agree it is really loud with the muffler. Can't hear the person on my cell phone ear piece! I drove it over 5 hrs and it numbs your brain.
You would want to use ear protection if you go without the muffler! :driver:

I got out to the truck late morning. I was waiting for the temperature to go up. Ended up being a perfect day for working on the truck!
First thing I wanted to test was the batteries...
I am going to continue the story of the m820a2 in the 5 ton section. Please come and read my daily log on the progress made with the truck. I will have pictures detailing all the features of the truck.
Thank you for all your compliments about the truck!
Thank you! Yes the A/C unit is in the back. 2 heaters one on each side of A/C. Could use instructions for the heaters, one may be missing something. There are some connectors on wire that do not go anywhere!
THe truck came with the LARGE power cable. I am surprised it was not stolen!
We left the house at 4:30 AM and drove to Covington to meet with Michael Hassett. Both got there around 5:00 AM. Transfered all the tools and supplies from the Crown Vic to Michael's Ford Super Duty pickup. We had to make a slight detour do to an overturned tractor trailer that was blocking...
I was fortunate to get a $200 store credit from GL for the missing parts on my Deuce in December of 2007.
Just used it as part of my payment for the M820A2 I picked up yesterday.
I agree with the last part of your comment. You can only claim on parts actually shown in the pictures. Crushed or missing driveshafts are tough to claim since the photos rarely show the undercarriage of the MVs.
