Yes that is a liftgate on the back of the truck. The side walls of the box expand out 3 feet on each side. Box dimensions become 14' wide and 17' long.

Gonna use it for transporting goods for my EBAY business and for fun. Gonna have to bring it to one of the Rallies. Later she will become a real camper! Don't know yet about the A/C since I have not seen it in person yet. All I have is the auction photos.
