I bought a used CP Brand 1" impact off EBAY last year. Paid about $165 for it. Works great! It's the same one the tire shop in town uses. Also got really good deals on USA made couplers and 1/2" hoses on Ebay... I'ts a good place to find deals if you look long enough!2cents

Is is possible that he has water in the fuel? That would account for the popping.

I ended up cutting the heater housing shorter like I saw in one of the threads for remote oil filter location. A lot easier to do...it's only some sheet metal. Hope that helped!

Easiest way to keep kids and some adults out of the truck is to install door locks. They are cheap and easy to install. I bought door locks that fit the postal jeep sliding doors or walk in vans similar to UPS trucks.

Well, I only own one Deuce and it has the bypass from the Military. She has sat for 3 months without starting. When I went to start her she kicked in with barely a touch of the starter button! She ran perfect! I think you have other issues in your fuel system. Just my 2cents worht.
