Firestone Transforce ATs are the equivalent of the jurassic FTXs. I have those on my 1031. Certainly not an aggressive tire but it looks correct. 245-75R16 or 265-75R16 are good upgrades.

The number, 2530-570-0187, is the old FSN. Converting it to a NSN, 2530-00-570-0187, is a dead end as well. It is possible that the parts were put in that crate by the surplus yard, and that number does not apply.
Looks like you got it covered. Check the road draft tube for excessive engine blowby. If the truck runs out good up and down the highway, the fluids look clean, and no funny noises, there should be no surprises.
Those pictures seem to be of a failure of the rubber isolation mount of the fan? Not the clutch itself? Thanks for the heads up, one more thing to worry about.
Oil bath wheel bearings are the norm on the M915 series, FMTVs, and every class 8 truck since the 50's. For the life of me I can't understand why the military kept grease lubed bearings on deuce and 5 tons for so long, must be a tradition thing like taps and reveille. I run Stemcos on my 915...
I think what he wants to know is: -10 is operators manual, -20 is organizational (mid level) maintenance, and -34 is depot level maintenance. The corresponding numbers with a "P" suffix are parts manuals applicable to that level of maintenance.
