Well considering no one at this time is making any new ones I guess whatever you have on hand is good . The newer style is better of course and if you can still find some then I would buy them.
Your right, my bad !
I just got back from Hawaii when I posted that so my mind was still adrift ! I need to medicate myself when flying as I get really sick due to inner ear damage. I wonder if that turbo supply hose is internally damaged causing a restriction ? I know it comes off the main...
I was in the Marines at this time and all our trucks got painted freehand. We used the patterns as a guide. One guy would trace out to the best of his ability the lines and then the rest would paint their color in the proper space. We used regular paint brushes so there was a lot of "going over"...
Chris we all know you like to live on the edge ! (especially with your truck  ) . The rest of us though like to be more prudent ! At least I do. I used to run a home foundry and automotive pistons where the best way to get my aluminum from. They will start to melt at sustained...
Shawn you realize the military went to the two hole injectors for better performance. The two hole injectors have a small hole and large hole. The large hole provides a "stream" of fuel to fill the piston bowl (for slow and steady combustion) while the second smaller hole provides a "mist" of...

I understand where your coming from Garrett. I too like the original deuce, but I also like the look of a well executed Bobber ! I love my M1035 which is really just a 1 ton Chevy dually, so a bobber is just a Chevy dually on steroids ! I remember when IHC came out with that 2 ton 4X4. I so...
I agree with you Garrett. Having worked on many injection pumps I have never come across a part that "needed" filing. I've come across parts that needed "replacing" but never filing. Considering that most injection parts will not fit if you just hold them in your hand (the heat) then filing them...
