That is the way Camo is supposed to be for sure.
To match the environment where it is used.
There are manuals with the pattern.
Army version and USMC versions...

It does look like another "old but dependable" parts place is slowly being taken over by the bean counters. NAPA at one point in time was the place to go for anything special. Not way out of the ordinary, but lately they are as bad as all the others and they seem to think everything...

It is hard to tell, but there appears 4 colors. Sometimes called MERDC which stands for the Mobility Equipment Research and Design Command. You can search the site and see a few trucks and trailers painted that way.
.
I have been talking to my Agent and it seems that adding a trailer dragging my own smaller MV's is no problem. If I was hauling for others, that would be a problem. My policy is also written as a commercial policy so there aren't size and weight restrictions. The historic trucks are insured...

Nice! Sounds like if Gillespie gave that much coverage - it must me really good stuff!
Just be careful that your dog doesn't stand too close - or he might be green too. :)

That's one idea. Paint could definitely work.
I use a Ziploc bag for things like that. I have an assortment of tire valve cores, replacement caps, and a few other small parts that I keep packaged that way. I have a piece of cardboard that fits the bag (to make it bigger). The valve cores...

Bummer.
Maybe some gauges in line to see if you are getting air. Definitely hard to fix what you don't have information on. Wonder if there is a box on the frame that feeds the lockers? I thought I had read somewhere that most of the air system in those trucks used "factory" standard...

It does amazingly well BKubu. I am more like a bear I guess. I have some built in insulation, and cool air makes me happy.
I can say for sure that when the women folks go for a ride in the summer they bring a sweater.
They generally point all the vents in my direction too! That AC seems...

Much like the hazard lights on a school bus.
Proper stop in one of those is with Hazards On and the wiggle waggle and stop arm lights to pick up students. Then OFF when moving. The worst offenders at least in North Carolina are the construction trucks. Every flippin' one has those stupid...

There is nothing like free! An extra coat and better gloves in the winter + ice chest for the summer would cost much less than the new (to me) UTV for sure!
.
chucky, I think you are on to something there!
The definition of a boat is "a hole into which you pour money" .
I can tell you - from past experience - that when that boat won't go and it is rented it feels really good to just walk away (and get your money back!)
Rent it is a heck of an...

A RAZR is a neat toy for sure!!
The Growler sure looks neat though... I read the post before yours from W427 and I could imagine myself having fun with a one. On the other hand, I think another vehicle might be better for me. Have a friend with a diesel powered Kubota UTV / RTV. Wouldn't...

It can be funny when something like a $5 bulb will put a vehicle or piece of equipment on the sidelines - so long as it us YOU or your unit that doesn't need it.
