Had exact thing happen about a week ago
Turned out it was a bad brand new 24v solenoid
Installed new one 24v
Problem solved
I had already completed the doghead mod before this happened
Oh, I forgot
All but two bed bolts were gone.
......and when replaceing the glow plugs, most were swelled and two barely came out.
One broke off and had to remove injector to get it. FUN!
I wish this truck could talk...........

Get to work to bring it back to life and discover the whole ignition wiring harness has been replaced. New fuse box and all.

Spilled fuel on an Army Post means EPA procedures kick in if it's over a certain amount.
Not sure of that amount, but I didn't want to stick around to find out.
I think we lost maybe 2 or 3 gallons before it was noticed. Truck was on trailer and at the right angle to spill fuel.

Once home found bend driveshaft from forklift, slight but bent
(listing and pics didn't show it)
Tcase skidplate bent into case. No damage
Listing said fluids drained, but...........

Im confused
My winch wire rope (925A2) comes off the top of the drum and under roller like it sounds like it's supposed to.
However, mine also does the opposite of the labeling in the cab.
So do I swap around the hoses? Some info here says that's bad...
