Welcome to the group! Heck of a bunch of nice folks here...
There are deals to be had. People purchase from Gov Planet, do some work and then "flip" those trucks. One particular guy will buy three or four trucks in pretty crummy shape - and then turn those four into maybe two trucks.
Then...

Several of the guys have done some pretty fantastic van body build-outs. chucky has a bunch of pictures of his LMTV with a custom made box on the...
Wow LanceRobson . . .
There really have a been a lot of things that got pushed to the side during all this mess. The good news is that a lot of things GOOD happened for a lot of folks. Best wishes on getting to visit the new "grands" and the other six that you have missed for more than a...
Hi Socommfg ,
Any chance that you are willing to manufacture the Remote Control Unit for the Grove Crane on the M1089? Got a neat picture in the TM, but the picture isn't going to do anything except make me drool... ;-)

Really weird...
I was logged in all day. I clicked on all kinds of pictures. I posted several times - and in spite of everything - the pictures never showed up.
I finally tried to open one of the pictures in a new browser window. SS told me I had to log in in order to do that (see that?)...
Wow! I had to go look it up and make sure... CHEVROLET, yeah man! I even had to lift a picture from Wikipedia!
Congratulations and we are glad to have you as a new member too. Welcome from North Carolina.

The "hot thing" seems to be super singles and they look cool and are wonderful in the sand. On the other hand, having 10 wheels has a BIG ADVANTAGE if something goes wrong on the rear axles. If you punch a hole in a single - you drop it on the ground. Might end up chewing up a rim too...
Very Nice looking truck! A dump bed would really be a nice addition too! Seems like the rubber looks good and the paint looks nice as well. Definitely not a bucket of rust for sure!! Good Find...
