I gave up on running HEMMT wheels tubeless. Leaks all the time.
I cut a slot in the wheels, and run flaps & tubes.
Haven't needed air in over 4 years now.

It may be the transition from standard facing to VelveTouch (bronze pucks) discs found in service now.
I'm not certain about this. The new TO bearing was exactly the same as what came out.

Some clutch packages go together with not enough movement with pedal full depressed regardless of linkage adjustment.
I found that with my A1 years ago when a new clutch went in.
I had to lengthen the linkage a bit to get full movement.

The best one I ever saw some 40 years ago was a hydraulic torque amplifier unit mounted under the dash.
It was on beefy homemade brackets, and the stock steering shaft was customized to fit. They used the stock steering box.
I didn't get to see the pump/reservoir, but that would be academic...
A strong ball is indeed better than a small one;)
All the failures but one were due to crappy couplers on the trailers.
The one was a ball sheared off in a hard braking incident, causing the tongue to come thru the back of a motorhome.
Nah...
Seen too many ball hitches fail.
Never seen a lunette/pintle do that.
My non-military trailers have all been converted to lunettes.
It also really cuts down on guys wanting to borrow them...:sneaky:
Looks to me you have side risers with channels to accommodate the boards.
If not, maybe there are reinforcements in the bed sides that would accept stakes that could be fastened to the boards.

You might be able to source Xylene from an automotive paint store like this one:

It is sold as a 'reducer' not thinner. Most is available in different mixes with Toulene to tailor to seasonal temperature drying times...
All Mutts, -0, A1, A2 will roll just like an original VW bug. The A2 is least likely to, but I have looked down on a hard leftt turn in an A2, and saw light under under the rear tire.
