Welcome to the site. Not only is the cab on the 800 series as small as a deuce cab, it IS a deuce cab. Or a deuce has a 5 ton cab, however you want to see it. Making a extended cab truck is just a exercise in sheet metal fabrication, build it to suit your needs. There are several posts here...
That light looks to be the blackout drive light bucket. Usually it is perched on a special mount attached to the grill, somewhat above the headlight. I would leave your setup in place until I was sure it was not an authorized Modification Work Order (MWO) for adding the blackout light. The...
There are no parts available for those, your best bet is just to sell it to me ;-)
Seriously, bring whatever bearings and seals you need to a bearing supply house and see what they can cross over. Other parts may have to be machined from scratch.
Oh, and of course we need to see...
Here is some info for anyone faced with this task. First of all, the purpose of the Cummins PT pump is to draw diesel from the fuel tank, and raise the pressure in proportion to throttle input, and send the higher pressure fuel to the injectors, where it is further pressurized for injection...
Looks good. If you need drawings for the original catwalk PM me, I can send you a set so you can have a local sheetmetal shop fab you one up. Also the 5th wheel spacers.
If the engine looks like the one in the pic it is not a multifuel, it is a 331 cubic inch gasoline "Gold Comet" engine made by REO Motors.
Welcome to the site, btw . . .

If the teeth are fiber material, that is a safety feature that is intended to shear off if the pump locks. Looks like yours has been wearing over time. Might be time to get into a newer hoe (says the guy still running a 1988 Case 688 trackhoe).
Got busy today installing dilvoy's A/C kits, intended for the Oshkosh MTVR, on the M915. The first order of business was the compressor. As luck would have it, Cummins left an unused sheave on the accessory drive pulley, and the belt size matched the pulley on the compressor perfectly. Next...
I assume he has determined how the hole happend and it does not involve rods, etc . . . JB weld is great stuff, he is on the right track with that, just fishplate patch the hole by an inch or so all around and it should hold forever.
Ask Willys Acres Jeep Parts of Canada. He delivered 100's of these all over the US a while back. Seems like he had them double stacked for about 14 per load at least.
I have a M275A2 with LDS turned to 200 hp. With a 10,000 lowboy and 26,000 dozer loaded, the truck is clearly at it's limit. I have to start in 2nd Low and then split to 2nd high to get rolling. The turbocharger is screaming at 55 mph. Gearcases get really hot. This did not seem very safe...
