clean the battery connections, make sure you're using a good/high priced Digital Voltmeter to test the battery voltage (harbor freight ~ $5.00 or less) 12.6 volts = good.... 12.0 volts <> good did I mention cleaning the battery connections?

One of our members got a letter from the city atty. so that if a local LEO had questions concerning mounted dewats or rifles in cabs during parades those concerns could be swiftly addressed. Mostly the LEO's just return waves.
