insurance Ive got my m35a2 registered as a antique military vehicle with state farm and it has the usual 5000 miles a year restriction, for parade or weekend use only kinda thing and it is $6 a month. my m35 is an 82. but im in texas, they may be more realistic down here, i dont know.

im gonna try to keep it registered texas. might save me some problems. are there any areas around seal beach to take it and exersize it? gonna need lots of room. the wheel base is almost 4 feet longer than an m35.

the truck runs great, shifts smooth, plenty of power with almost no black smoke, so i dont think its been turned up. all the brakes work, with the exeption of body work, its overall not bad. i thought about the extended cab, but my metal working skills and tools are limited.

ive got this m46a2c that some guy cut the back of the frame off behind the back axle. i got a 5 ton bed for it and planned on makin it a regular length truck. then i found the rest of the frame and im wondering what to do. if i weld the rest of the frame on the bed will be 35inches to short...

under the bed two round air tanks under driver side of bed inside frame. will have two small ball valves with what looks like wing nuts for handles. very small. you need to drain these everytime you park truck so moisture does not build up in system. moisture in air system is bad.

thats a low pressure warning for the air system. lets you know theres not enough air to engage the front axle or assist the brakes or work the wipers. you got a abd connection somewhere. are the batteries hooked up right?

anybody know if there is a parts base for these winches? before i got my truck, some idiot shattered the input shaft housing by using the wrong shear pin. need to try to find a case for it. cant find another winch cheap enough. got to find the pto shaft to. any help would be appreciated.

just got a bed with troop cover bows, headache rack with spare tire carrier, and troop seats, as well as the door hinges i needed, and the frame for the softop all for $100 from my local fire dept. will post pics after pickup on saturday.

my plan is to use it more as a play truck. once i can afford the lights door hinges and windshield, shell be street legal. i plan to drive this thing. will a regular duece bed fit with the frame cut the way it is?

anybody know any differences besides wheelbase between the m35 and m46? ive got one with no bed and missing 5 feet of rear frame. clear title and it runs like a raped ape. not real sure what im gonna do with it. looking for ideas. always on a budget!
