Last night I was called out on an off-road recovery, where a truck went about 200' into the woods. I decided to take my bobber, as it had a very muddy and tore up access road to the scene of where the truck was borken down, and stuck.
I found some hard ground, with some loose gravel on top...
Me and the lady went camping all weekend in Brooklyn Alabama with a ton of friends and took our bobbed deuce, "Yeti". We had a BLAST!! Drove 240 miles total, with no problems at all! Fueled up once, and still have 1/4 tank after the drive there, and riding all weekend. ;-)
We got our first bob job finished on our deuce and now have installed the New Michelin 395 XML's. Today we're flipping the hubs to run the stock rims all dished in. :-) I'm trying to upload a few pics.....
Some may not like what i'm going to do, but all to themselves, and this is my Monkey!! :-D I have an extra duece, that runs and operates flawlessly! I'd jump in it and tour the country if someone else would pay for the fuel. The only thing is, I CRAVE to have a "monster mud toy".
I'm going to...
I have a total of (9) New Titan T-Hawk CURRENT issue NDCC tires in EXCELLENT, unused, unmounted shape! THEY ARE FRESH,NEW!! Not "NOS". They are current and just out of the Titan Tire Factory. I am selling them to fund some different tires for my duece/bob project! I'm offering them on here...

I'm a stickler for spelling words the correct way, and as I was driving earlier to lunch in my Bridge Truck, I recognized that one of my data plates is spelled wrong!! Anyone else ever have/see this problem!?? It should read "Maximum", not "Maximun"!
I was contemplating running a set of pinion brakes on my 5-ton, and was curious if anyone was using them on theirs? And if so, what master cylinder system were they running, with or without vacuum??
Got the center "Bull bar" finished today. I only had a few hours to mess with the truck, as I had to design a wheel chair lift for a local disabled veteran. Tommorow and Sunday i'll tie it in with the side bars.
Hey all, Deloit just called me, he is in Live Oak, FL. and is trying to get some contact info and a fellow there known to sell military truck parts. Anyone know of this man maybe who sels parts?? Maybe a # for contact?? Thanks!
I finished the first phase of building my custom bumper, now that the shop is slowing down and we have time to "goof" off. The next step is to build the brush guard, in which i'll go scavenge the steel for after lunch. What ya think? Not bad eh?
I hope i'm not the only one who has given their truck a name. I plan on stenciling my trucks name on the cab after she is painted. Oh, and her name? "Hercules"! Rather fitting, eh?
Well fella's, I had an interesting start to the morning....Don't try this at your local Pilot truck stop, please!!!
I pulled up to the pumps in the rear in the ole' 5-ton bridge truck, had to get me some diesel in a 5-gallon can to run a tractor. As I pumped the fuel, several trucks were...
