    Bought a Ford F450 Super Duty Crew Cab Flat Bed truck 176" wheel base - its in the Gov Planet Yard in Albany GA will need to be winched on - no driveshaft installed. would be nice if this could be picked up next week.

    The water is from good old rain - another thing to do on Sunday after the fuel pump install.

    I am sure this has been asked before - Is the fuel pump for a 6.5 civilian the same as the 6.5 non turbo M998 engine ( engine was replaced in 07) ?

    I was thinking the same on letting air in the system....but thats how your supposed drain water from the filter. Truck started and was running fine before I opened the valve. Tomorrow we check fuel pump

    Just removed the line from the fuel pump at the filter - no fuel. Was it a coincidence it stopped running as I cracked open the drain valve? hmmmm

    Fuel filter drain - Today I tried opening the valve (first time) while the engine was idling and the engine stumbled and stalled out. I was under the impression that during idle was the the time to drain water from the filter. Now she dont want to start up - Theres a slight chance its out of...

    Cab Air Springs?

    Found the problem - the regulator on the air tank wasnt allowing air to flow past - we moved the adjustment screw back and forth. Air began to flow again - moved the control knob to the proper position to inflate the cylinders and BINGO!! they moved. Another bonus is the CTIS is working again too.

    Replaced all 4 plastic signal lights with metal units. Changed out front blackout driving light with a newer unit.

    Replaced to (2) 10-24 rivnuts for the instrument cluster mounting - bought the tool at Harbor Freight. Then installed a NOS instrument cluster and some new gauges.
