What's a Mk48 classified as? Is it a 2 axle truck with another 2 axle trailer or a 4 axle vehicle? I only ask cause it seems CA law says anything above 2 axles requires a special license. So Duece is out unless it's bobbed, but if this is a 2 axle truck with a 2 axle trailer......:D

Well I found me a salvage yard with S-250s in Southern CA! Got one for $600 at Walker's Auto and Truck Salvage in Hesperia, CA. Here's a pic of my setup.

+1, unless you're going to go aluminum for looks, then i say do it if you like it. but steel turns the HMMWV into something it was not designed to be (a slow-er crappy tank).
