    12v grounding/wiring question

A short while after I got the truck I had one battery go bad. So instead of giving them the good battery I just kept it and got 2 new batteries. I just like the idea of having my starting batteries separate since I have an extra. I'm sure at some point I'll forget to turn something off and don't...

    12v grounding/wiring question

"ground all DC supplies to the same point"? Eventually I will add a 12v alternator but for the time being I'll be using a 3.5amp solar panel and a battery charger (when it runs out, it runs out). I'm just going to be using it for a cell phone charger and stereo.

    12v grounding/wiring question

I am planning on adding a third battery only for 12v accessories. I've looked at some other threads and couldn't find a definitive answer. Do you have to keep the -12v grounds (battery and accessories) isolated from the chassis due to the -24v?

    Heater mount plates dimensions

Does anyone have the dimensions for the heater mount plates? The ones that are under the hood for the hot water heater? I've searched but haven't had any luck and I can't justify spending $175 for something that will take me 30min to make. Thanks!

    Picture Request

I have the bolts in the top that came with it. I was wanting to see what it looks like finished so I don't run into anything unexpected as "soldier b" is nowhere to be found.

    Picture Request

I was wondering if someone could take a picture of the hardtop bolts that attach to the windshield frame for me. For some reason my w/s frame doesn't have holes for the bolts to pass through?. We have some rain and wind moving in, in a day or two and I would like to get the c clamps off and get...

    Gear oil question

Is there a gear oil out there that can be used in the diffs, trans, and transfer safely? I have been reading and reading and I think my head is going to explode. I am planning a complete fluid change this weekend.

    M35a2 oils

Wondering how the fluids worked out. I am about to do axle seals, wheel cylinders, and new brake lines and start maintenance work that has been neglected for who knows how long.
