how is the radiator

i tried running a heater on one battery and it killed my batterys. i had it at 1500 rpms so it was not at a idle it was charging fine. when i shut it off it was dead.so i have a 24 volt now

well it was a job i wish i could have did inside instead of out in the cold but i have fixed the fuel in oil problem by installing a new injection pump.the front p/s pump had to come off to.that allows you to time the new pump. the shroud had to be modified to let the p/s pump come back far...

can any one tell me the fuel pump preasure of a multifuel eng has any one changed the seal in the fuel transfer pump. i was also told the seals in the top of the rotary part of the injection pump could be the source of the fuel issue i have been having. thanks for any help

sorry more information it has a multifuel enggood brakes all gagues work. fuel tanks have been drained and cleaned. cold start heater works well. fuel tranfer switch works. all tool boxes have no rot in them. new batterys. i think thats it. thank you guys for all your help with this truck.

SORRY it is a 5 ton with a multifuel sounds like another guy on this forum is having the same issue wher is the fdc peice near the injection pump what does that do. and if i pull the injector peice out of the intake for the flame heater what would i block the line with is it pipe thread

i have had oil going higher on the dipstick if i work this truck more than 12 hours(plowing snow).then it seams to push out the front main seal. before it was about 30 hours before it did it.this is the second time it happend. it does not smell like fuel but i believe it is. i have no coolant...

my turbo does not whistle, i also have the smell of fuel in the exhaust that will burn your eyes. a lot of black smoke when i step on the throttle. could that be a turbo problem not mixing enough air with the fuel.

are there breakers in all the circuts in the 5 ton. meaning the transfer fuel switch, horn. fuel heater. i would like to tap into wires to run plow lights and flashers. they are not used while driving.also does a flasher know if its 12 or 24.
