Bring the chat list back to the main page!!

Remember the good old days when the chat list was on the main page?
You could see who was in chat.
I remember there being 50+ people in chat a night!
great friends and a lot of good talk and info was shared.
Can we go back to that please!!
In the last 5 years (ish) chat has for the most part sucked.
It used to be a great resource, now its just bla.

I too, miss the good old chat and the membership that used it nightly.

When you look over to the left on the main page, it's there but it doesn't show ANYONE in there! I think that was the draw to the previous chat box, you could see who was in there before you stepped inside.

Which broke, and unfortunately is no longer supported from the vendor.

I'm giving up. Sat in there 45 mins.

I just checked in to see if Patracy was still there but it was empty.

First time I've been in chat in years. I had trouble keeping up in the past.

Tell you what, I'll start trying to log into it at night now that football season is over. Maybe more people will get in.

I think the reason the old chatroom was so successful was because you could see who was there. It kinda had a snowball effect. I know as soon as I logged into chat 100 to 200 more folks would log in within seconds.

I will see if I can resurrect the software to work as before, but no promises at all.

I'd honestly like to ditch the entire setup and move to a different platform. And no, there won't be sound effects/games/coins/and the like. If you've been on facebook the chat system I'm looking at functions like that. Except it can have a room.

I emailed the vendor asking/pleading, we'll see....

Update, they've accepted the ticket and I had it bumped from low to medium priority.
