Test fit the ctis armor-cant wait to get all of theM done..as mentioned in OTHER threads, minor clearance modification to armor so it can be clocked correctly.

Anyone WTB two brand new HET CTIS covers. [sold]

ctis armor.jpg

Also started removing the 3 rear red clearance lights [I loath thru lock nut bolting] not getting the truck-lite lights installed tonight, going to convert them to riv nuts. Good part, the lights i got from fuzzy have a two wire robust harness, so I will eliminate the needless plugs.

Forward movement is always appreciated. It doesn't seem like much progress, but this is my first ever look at the belly of the R-T-Beast. Impressed with results.

After almost a gallon of 5606, successfully deployed the cab forward and spare tire down. Appears to be pushing fluid out of the air over hyd box and looks like it had 10w oil in it..So will be draining/ cleaning and refilling..so some more work to do.

Reis gives up another gift:jumpin: when she presents a pair of large vice grips clamped to the backside of the cab latch..Oh and i found the #4 stencil laying on the bumper-et.

I am happy to say that she is in great condition overall. Does need a set of belts.

Today will be spent cleaning, cleaning and did I Say cleaning..maybe disassembly of the air/hyd unit

If fluid is pushing out of the breather on the air hyd box then it needs to be rebuilt. If it’s coming out if the cab latch too that is also rebuildable.

Thanks Suprman, Cab latch is dry..yes, you hit it square on the breather..was just looking at the TM and a few great post on SS. Will see how she looks after disassembly. I may add the in line lubricator, in the future.

300140 AHU rebuild kit

In my quest to find a more inclusive kit for this pump, i stumbled on this part number which contains numerous matching part numbers for the 64574/58477 pump including the 3 SS recommended parts. 14121/17429/202613

-Items with * come in kit,

-items in Italic/underlined match part number of 64574/58477 and TM

-Items Bold,Italic/underlined, are the SS recommended parts

I was trying to find additional parts in a kit form verse buying separate. This gives you 23 parts included in the kit that are a direct part number match for the FMTV pump and 8 parts you may not us..again, price might dictate. 76.00 is what the kit goes for.

Considering the 3 SS parts alone are 60 dollars, for 76 you get 20 additional parts.

This below list is the breakdown of a pump with similar features [100190,100195] https://www.spxflow.com/en/assets/pdf/100375_parts.pdf

Note-I also see a regulator and oilier made for the pump in the parts illustration.

I did another review to the TM, and found more part number matches

Well, a busy day 11 hr drive recovering the shelter from Havre De Grace, Md on a NG post No lift, no crane. Basically we jacked it up placed 6x6 under each side at cb, rinse repeat, backed trailer under, then removed cb supports, jacked up portion on trailer, parked a vehicle behind the shelter and finished backing up. 1.5 hrs and we rolled out of the yard.

Concern, there was a wheel dolly and jack stored in the conex when the photos for auction were taken, they were gone. when i asked the rep, he said they were sold on another auction. oh well. The conex is in ok condition. This weekend I will conduct a more thorough inspection and post pics

The gp rep was very helpful with the load out, but not having a lift/crane is a challenge.

Another Ahab-your right, forward progress is better then none
