Working up a strip map now for petrol and pee stops. LOL!
Both tanks will be on E by the time I get there. Figured it'd be cheaper near the interstate.
Any good army/navy stores neaby or anything worth checking out in town?

I am guessing you are coming up thru Wrens and Thompson? If so, stop at the amish/menniote buffet in Wrens. I think they are open Thursday- Saturday. Other then that, gas is running 3.70/gal, and diesel is over 4.00/gal.

Last Saturday - exit 130 on I20 - gasoline was 30 cents higher per gallon than Local in Atlanta and farther down the road towards Atlanta. Diesel cost put me into shock when I saw it on the sign there.

Local now is $3.67 per gallon gasoline - no clue what diesel is but someone will chime in. Better to topp off coming into the rally that getting at them exits.

Do not mind helping a business survive - but no reason to be raped in the process. But then again - sometimes I read the classifieds here.

petro yeah - pee breaks - just use them gallon containers - no sense in stopping if you do not have to and its a waste of time.

Just to not get your lemonade jug and your pee jug mixed up in the cab though - First - touch for warmth - Second sniff for odd smelling before sippin.

That is what I heard - Myself ever having to do this is all vicious rumors and there are no living witness's.

You know if you pull out and lock the throttle you can stand on the running board and paint the lines in the road. Been there, done that! 'ol stick shift 5tn bobtail screaming down the road!(the big sand box over there)
Gonn'a have the "better half" with me so I've got to be civilized and stuff.

Gonn'a run HW17 up to Wrens, then 80 to Warrenton then on up.
Poor truck is pegged out at 55mph so interstate travel wouldn't be wise for me, don't feel like getting slamed in the rear by a Volvo driver.

AWW, I run Squirt at 45 on the highway, a Volvo is just a bump when you are rolling at 35,000# or so....
Just gotta learn to be patient...... Whats wrong with throttle lock cruze...(do not answer that.)
But be safe.

Found out why they moved the rally up a week and moved us to another field - seems there was some low handed competition for DEER on that area of the field - well - seems the new area has the same problem. Them snakes are fast to catch deer.

Thougth it was all crap till I was leaving and then saw these troopers teasing this fella.

I need taller snake resistant boots to bring. Looks like them babies could eat small campers.

C'mon Zout,

Snakes THAT big cannot be loose in Durhamtown, pythons are not native to Georgia,
as far as I know, especially THAT big.

Also, the third photo of the snake eating a something.. looks like it was taken someplace more tropical like the everglades or somewhere like that.

Durhamtown is Tropical - BAMF snakes out there - couple years back they posts a rattler on top of a stump -= that is what you could see of the stump.

But eh - do not worry about the snakes cause the only reason the snakes are there - is to eat the spiders opcorn: now you should see the big Fing spider there.

SOOOOO - story is - what ever you do while our sleeping inside or out at the rally is NOT to think about the big arse snakes - but whatever you do - do not think about the spider the snakes are after - seems they get into smaller spaces as well.


HEY - speaking of that - did you ever see National Geo on how many spiders a human swallows a year ??????? ya gotta sleep sometime and do you open your mouth while your sleeping ??????? Look out for the snake chasin it
