Hmm, picked up my XM818, and hopefully should have some new HEMTT rims to mount up those pretty 16.00r20 XZLs I have sitting.
If all that goes well, and I can flush the fuel tanks out, I will also be bringing the 818 on 1600s!

I am on the look for a couple trailers. A nice cargo style, and a lowboy, are the two top ones I am after!

Btw, 700 miles for the recovery, was a LONG trip at 50-52 mph! Sure glad the truck was up to it. But I think this motor only has the 7xx miles on it now that it's home, SCORE!

WSP notification

Just got off the phone with a very helpful person at Washington State Patrol HQ. We do not require a permit of any kind for our event. We are good to go as long as all of our vehicles are private owned, registered, obey all posted laws and do not "harass" other drivers. He actually said that we should not speed.......hahahaha....no problem!

Thanks for the great write-up Aaron. Will prove to be a great day. Need to get my '88 insured soon. My '68 is down due to a leaky wheel cylinder. I'll be good to go;-)

Amber did the write-up for me as well as took notes during the trip.

The trip will be great and long. I cut Hoquiam out to save us a little time.

Cabela's opens at 8. If you have never been in one(this is the first one in the PNW) you might want to get to the rally point early just to browse!!!

Two more possibles:

* Also SGM Garcia also from my unit (whom you guys met at the Stelicoom park get together) might also attend.

My wife already got the time off work so we are still a go!

Yah, passed another huge Cabela's around Post Falls, ID area and came across a Bass Pro Shop around Calgary yesterday. Didn't get a chance to check it out as I was trying to make good time to Red Deer
