oh yeah she will get the full gamut ..my next step is checking walls floors and ceilings for de-lamination or water damage. Removing the not needed stuff and getting the RTBS bed prepped..

Today was spent washing/pressure wash the exterior of the shelter. Pleasantly surprised, the exo is in remarkably good shape. with one quarter size hole in the left side and two previous improper steel plate repairs that will need to be redone.

I may have got lucky..

Sunday will be spent cleaning and removing interior stuff

Trying to figure out the structure of the box:

- So, it's steel plate (like 3/16"?), with reinforced corners and edges throughout, is that how it's made?

Aluminum ext/int plate with a sandwich core of some type of poly foam and key reinforced structural plate aluminum and i believe steel d-ring corners. I will take some close up pictures in a few minutes

The problem comes in if there is leaks and or de-lamination, the structure would require significant repair and or disposal.

Looks like i have made it through the first level of inspection. when i start removing some of the interior stuff, this will give me i better 2nd level condition.

buying theses things is a crap shoot, specifically one as old as this..[60's, early 70's era ]

Wondered where the rigidity came from (you know, without a structural frame).

Any idea how thick the wall panels are (like 3/4")?

And sometimes it pays to shoot craps, they're a nice item, right?!

Not much action on RTB,

Today will be spent pulling the shelter off the trailer, inspecting the under side and contemplate a way to get the shelter in the truck with just a winch and some 4x4,s, no crane or wrecker.

Thinking a bridge of sorts

Be safe my friend

Oh yes, I will.

Great thing, is i have a natural loading dock in my back yard, the truck bed should sit about 3 foot lower, so angle of approach should be diminished to less then 5%, distance from berm to truck, about 4 foot, so all said and done with some poly 2 inch x 4 ft rollers, i should be able to push it across the bridge by hand, but will be using a remote control winch,

bridge support and human clearance are number 1.

I will snap some pics when i get to it..got to get the bed prepped first

Could you have picked a hotter day? I'd be happy to roll down and lend a hand.
Thats no joke, i bet its hot enough to fry ice cubes..off load and inspection went smooth..i am impressed with underside of this unit, probably a direct result of gp not having a fork lift;). here she lies..

In my quest to find a more inclusive kit for this pump, i stumbled on this part number which contains numerous matching part numbers for the 64574/58477 pump including the 3 SS recommended parts. 14121/17429/202613

-Items with * come in kit,

-items in Italic/underlined match part number of 64574/58477 and TM

-Items Bold,Italic/underlined, are the SS recommended parts

I was trying to find additional parts in a kit form verse buying separate. This gives you 23 parts included in the kit that are a direct part number match for the FMTV pump and 8 parts you may not us..again, price might dictate. 136.75 is what the kit goes for.

Considering the 3 SS parts alone are 60 dollars, for double that you get 20 additional parts.

This below list is the breakdown of a pump with similar features [100190,100195] https://www.spxflow.com/en/assets/pdf/100375_parts.pdf

Note-I also see a regulator and oilier made for the pump in the parts illustration.

I did another review to the TM, and found more part number matches
