Well, that would seem to explain the difference between the 004/005 conversion and the 006.
I know they are not the same.... apparently you have found the difference!
My only additional comment would be that most of the instructions on doing the 004/005 conversion show the buss bar as a separate removable copper bar under the voltage reconnect board. I have never seen one ( 004 or 005 ) with the removable buss bar. Every one I've done had the buss bar riveted to the back of the voltage board. Not sure what you will find on your 006, but just an FYI.
If it's riveted on, rather than remove all the wires and remove the board I just go in with a Dremel with a cutoff wheel, cut the buss bar and shave the head off the last rivet so you can remove the scrap piece.
have searched all over every website video 100s of comments and still that’s all I’ve found so hoping some of you guys on here can help figure it out I would have to work for nasa to read the schematics on this thing.

Last one I did instead of cutting it short I moved other wires to electrically make the change

The 006A TB1 should be set up like the 004 and 005A TB1's .

Scooby, the schematics are in the TM section, or I can send you the ones I extracted from the TM.
They look the same from the videos and pictures I’ve seen as far as jumping t12-t2 but the wiring is different on the back I believe

I found this in the comments on a video but don’t know how true it is.
Looking at the drawings and yes these 2 moves need to happen, first is for the exciter, the other is the convinence outlet, overvolt relay and part of load measuring.

This is also the time where i add the disclaimer that with any modification comes risk and you need to be aware there is a non zero chance of equipment damage.

So the picture I sent is the only two wires that need to move correct ? And once all is done and ready to be started if something were to get damaged would it happen or should it happen when I close the circuit breaker?

These are before the circuit breaker, so it would happen right after field flash

Im a tad suspicious of the other exciter lead on t9. it should work, the t12 move definitely need to happen because its no longer neutral
