I did the same, but mounted the camera higher, up under the shelf that the Rhino locks into. Putting it there allowed the camera to be more protected and still allowed for an unimpeded view.
Hmm, thats not a bad idea. So basically the top bolt of the same bracket? I guess I was worried that the tire would block it. I'll have to try that.

Got the 2-man soft top installed on my M1114 today. Next step, soft doors.
Check with aghumvee I purchased some NOS doors from him and I am very happy with the quality and price, there were some small imperfections (small brown spots) in the windows but it is hardly noticeable and of course this was discussed beforehand, He is a good guy!!!

Thanks. I've already got a set. The only problem is that they're camo color.

I took the advice here and moved the backup camera:

Also finished the install with the monitor and everything. Its hooked up to the TCM power feed wire, so turns on and off with the start switch. It stays on full time when running (I dont want to need to be in reverse to use it).

Is that Motorola mic connected to a Spectra or maybe an XTL?

Its a Motorola XPR4550, UHF low split so it can do HAM, GMRS, and commercial. Its also hooked up to my intercom system on the receive side. Still need to hook up the intercom for transmit though (hence the mic).
Ahhh, you fooled me by slumming with the XTL mic.. :ROFLMAO:
Which is likely a better mic anyway, unless you drop it too many times.

No pictures, but finally got around to repairing my speedometer that stopped working after I shifted the transfer case while the engine was running... (gee, maybe that's why the manual says to turn off the engine first???)
Broke in June, ordered parts in July, and finally repaired it yesterday. All of about 10 minutes, and that's because I kept crawling out from under the truck to look at things.
Wasn't able to remove the broken end of the drive pin out of the gear assembly, probably because I've driven it 500 or so miles while broken like this, so had to spend the extra 5 minutes to swap out the gear as well as the pin.

Time to change the oil. It wasn't quite at the mileage point but it isn't raining and the parade is tomorrow, so why not.

You doing the Auburn parade?
I have other commitments tomorrow or I would do it.

If you aren't doing anything else Monday, come on down to the Elma Veteran's Day Parade and join that one as well. Even if it's pouring rain we tend to enjoy ourselves (VFW parade entry) More trucks are always welcome.
