My son has one w/winch, hardtop. He has just finished converting it to a "Dump Truck" with a sicissor lift , 5" cylinder working off 12v which he pulls off the batteries on the truck. Please "I know worthless w/o pictures. Just finished it today and in next week or so. We thought about offering a kit complete with sicssor lift, pump, pictures and include drawings along with specs where to locate and weld mounting brkts. if there's enough interest. I'll post pictures ASAP. But with setup the deuce is a very versitile truck.

Guys,

This was exactly the post that I DID NOT need to see, whose idea was this anyway? And the guy with all of those Y-Tube vidoes, shame on you!

I sat in my 1st Deuce last saturday, the guy fired it up and we just sat there and talked Deuce talk. 1st time I ever new about these multi-fuelers, really something.

I owned a 1200cc Goldwing from 86-04 or so, never ever rode any 6 cylinder GW after they came out, I knew what my next problem would be, gottahaveit.

Practical use for a Deuce, I guess name the challange, if you have the tires, it's got the torque.

Thanks for a great post guys, especially the videos. Now if I ever get to drive one, it'll be all over, the proverbial Fat Lady will have sung.

M880's fit in the toolbox on one of these don't they?

nothing like seeing someone drive a Hummer into a mud pit just assuming it will always make it through:roll:

You want a tank buy a tank or the treads for your Hummer.. otherwise stay out of the pit:twisted:

What's that sound? . . . . . Do I hear the orchestra tuning?
:p
tjcouch,

That's almost a low blow! It's only thursday, I'm still at work.

Seem's like a lot of them show up on the GL ad's. I have no idea how this works, but there are some SS types in Columbia SC that invited me a while back for a test and tune on thursday nites as I remember it, might be time for a road trip, visit, BS and drool a bit.

I just hope no one let's me drive one, it'll be full orchestra time.

I got bit bad by the Dodge Cummins bug in about '03 or so, now I own a '97 dually and a '05 2500, neither engine is exactly stock, both have dyno certificates.

tjc, BTW, nice videos, the deuce sorta looked like a Dixie Chopper going through the trees.

How the heck do you explain this to the better half?

She did really enjoy going for ice cream runs in the old M38 that I had just after we got married, we would go to Baskin Robbins, now it would be the Sonic drivein.

I know, should have kept the M38, nuf ced.

I purchased mine mainly for zombie apocalypse preparation. But do they make a snow plow for these things as well? it would make it multi-purpous

Don't know about plowing with one myself, but, we use a M49 with two 24v pumps to spray Anti-Icing on the roadways. The Calcium is "Kicking the Snotties" out the the iron, but the system works...ever see the sun come out and mely snow at 3 a.m.?

He here is a money makeing use. Running illegals into the country. Might have to add another fuel tank. Or even better, running illegals out of the country. Or make money both ways by doing both.

Disclaimer: Not my idea, a friend asked if that is what I was going to do with my new Deuce.

**Cynic alert**

Why not buck the current trend and haul illegals out (stacked like wood should be efficient) and guns in, cause Lord knows every gun in Mexico came from some gun shop in Arizona anyway - no doubt bought at retail prices....

I heard it on the news, so it has to be true (where's that vomit smiley.....)

**End alert**

Well, here's the latest use . . . .

"NotDixie" decided my back yard needs a nice gathering area and fire pit . . .Who knew she was a stone mason?!

A pallet of edging pavers was soon on the way to my home from Lowes - I guess it was just over a ton.
