Ok Tryed to jump it nothing. Does the ignition have to be on to jump starter? So would that be the starter? I looked around in at the relay. Metered out and Im getting 12v. a quick idea for your ground rod. When we cant get a ground rod in at the correct length due to soil conditions, most inspector/and code book which doesnt apply to you, but dig a ditch 6"-12" deep and lay the rod in horizontally... can cover.. quick and easy....

OK i did the 12v. swap. But now I get an arc at neg. when reapplying the ground,and the engine trys to turn over. i pull the starting relay, reapply the ground/neg to the battery, still get a spark.. Any suggestions would help.

RE: Removing the IR and blackout light and 24volt jump syste do any of you BO lights work? If so Are you selling them?
