Funny, I've been looking at 24V washer pumps and tanks this week. My Deuce doesn't have any washers(windshield, that is. It's got lots of washers :D) at all, but it does have the electric wipers with washer button built into the wiper switch, and the washer pump wire stowed under the dash.
So...
So, the OP is calling this a vent hole, but it appears to be in the bottom of the MC, looking in through the cap opening. Looks like the fluid ports to me, supply and return from the the piston.

For hazard warning lights (blinking lights):
a. Turn main switch lever (Figure 1, Item 4) to STOP LIGHT position.
b. Depress hazard tab button (Figure 1, Item 2) and move turn signal control lever (Figure 1, Item 1) up to
lock tab button (Figure 1, Item 2) in position.
Sometimes a bulb with a broken element will intermittently work. If the broken ends are close, they'll sometimes touch when jostled. The element is coiled like a spring, so it bounces around. I assume we're talking about an incandescent, not LED.

I'd bet on a bad ground.
Front lights ground through the light mount, through the fender.
The blinker switch grounds through the steering column.
The flasher grounds through the terminal lug on one of the connector wires
Use VOM, and do a Ground continuity check at EA bulb socket, at the flasher...
Banjo bolt is a straight thread, hollow bolt. Teflon tape will do nothing because the fluid is already past the threads, and in the bolt. A crush washer under the banjo, and one under the bolt head is the only way to seal them. I'd look for a crack, or scratch in the bolt, banjo, or air pack.
Nice. Thats one long crane arm. So you use the winch with a stand-a-lone Batt? How short does it colapse too?(Looks like two sections colapse) Did you reinforce the bed?
Sorry, for so many ?'s. I want to do a bed crane too.
I guess your still in Jersey. Whens the plan to head west?
