then measure away sir... i doubt these trucks are all exactly the same and you may want the carpet to different points than others...
Either way a few min with a tape measure is what you need for the dimensions.
search... they are available from ANYWHERE... you have a 84 Chevy pickup. With J code diesel... any parts place can get you shocks. Bilstein are my personal fave.
tbanks... how much would an entire intercom system with 2 headsets for a cucv run me? Everything i need and maybe a napkin sketch of how to get it all set up?
first time they called AAA they told them they couldn't help them. They were in trouble and they are friends so i was trying to get someone closer to help them... they called AAA again and got a different person and got a wrecker. The jack they had was brand new and broken. Perhaps DH there...
from what i was told today you want to equalize the angle of the front and the rear... wouldn't a combination of shims and t case drop accomplish that task?
i just got off the phone with eric... i'm not going to spoil the story hopefully he will post it. I will say, they had a jack. They were prepared and the entire trip turned out to be unnecessary.
thanks for a good day guys. Glad to meet you all. Learned some things, had a great meal and GPS took us home through a bunch of dirt roads in the country... absolutely beautiful. All in all the g/f and i had a really good time.
