Well, the bracket itself takes up the floor space, but it's not that difficult to find a place for your feet. My '09 had the bracket there already and I won't have too many passengers besides my dog with me anyway, so I'm adding the alarm to the bracket also.
Holy Crap, are you kidding me??? WOW!!!! That's nicer than my house by a long shot. You sure you didn't "borrow" those from a "Builder's" magazine or something? j/k of course. Outstanding work!!!
I posted some pics the other day of the bedliner and paint in my M1009. Someone asked about the bracket/mount on the floorboard on the passenger side. I didn't know what it was for either, but several people offered that it is for a "Chemical Agent Alarm" and maddawg308 indicated these could be...

Also picked up a pair of side steps...
axshon, hey, that's cool. Now you can make an adventure out of it and have some fun along the way. Hope it all goes smooth for you and will look forward to seeing the pictures.
Rustoleum bed liner on the cab floor this morning...will do the bed this week sometime. Not sure whether to leave it black or paint it but time will tell on that.
When I got my M1009 earlier this year at Camp Shelby, MS, I called a local tow service to go get it off the base, then the hauler picked it up from the tow service. You could do the same thing but you're just adding more into the cost of it all. If I was going after it myself, I would do like...
