Search results

Make sure you check for spark without the plugs installed. Heavly fouled plugs will have no spark. I Learned this the hard way. And the pulley is larger on electronic ignition.

Thanks for the info, will look for some 2 piece seals. These are the last seals pieces that I have to replace. Ive been somewhat reluntant because it looks like it could be a PITA. Thanks everyone for the input.

I need to replace my seals. On an auction site it says the 2 piece is for 85 and older and the one piece for 86 to 91. On my 1986 M1009 could I use the 2 piece, or is there much differance between the two that I have to use one or the other. THANKS

Moisture will acumulate in the crankcase just as it can in the fuel tank. Run the jenny for at least 30 minutes every month, and change oil every 12 months, maybe longer if its kepted inside

I was never a fan of the in the glass antennas. I dont think they have as good reception as the mast type, just my 2cents.
