Nope you will be building your own harness. They might have a kit for a civy version but you will be making it work with your CUCV. I guess I did get a bit ahead of myself and Warthog is 100% right. Unless you have heavily damaged or burnt wiring cleaning all the connections and trouble shooting...
I've rewired tons of stuff just not me oh8 ...yet. Take tons of notes and label all of the old stuff and it never hurts to take pictures. Get the diagrams for your CUCV. Also I wouldn't start anything until you know what all the relays, flashers ect. go to. Try not to cut anything so you can use...
Nice build, keep the pics coming. I live about a mile from where you took the pictures at the Burger King/AM PM. If you need an extra set of hands or an official beer drinker (every project needs one) let me know.

I've done a lot of these back in the day. A "good" remote start has no issues starting your engine. They monitor rpm or for diesel without a tach you can use an alternator sensor. They also use a "wait to start wire" for diesel for the glow plugs. If you use a push button for your glow plugs you...
Well I didn't have to go after all, so I able to make a few calls. Auto anything was will to give us 15% off of their price of $2200 shipped putting it in the $1900 range. That's about $800 of the MSRP and a good start. If we can get around 10 of us I think I might be able to squeeze another 5%...
I was looking into the banks turbo for my m1008 and really like the kit, just not the price. I was wondering if any of you wanted to get together and try and make a bulk buy. I contacted Frank a sales rep from banks, a rep I've talked to in the past, and told him I knew a group of people that...
Thank you for posting this. I pulled the old relay apart after I replaced it and there was a point on one of the contacts where it started arcing into the other contact. It was only a matter of time before it failed and cost me some bucks and a whole lot of heartache.
I have a pair you can have for free to get you back on the road. They still have a good amount of rubber left. You could get maybe 40k plus out of them. Send me a PM and we can figure out how to get them to you if you're interested.
Okay being that I'm trying to help a guy that really doesn't know if he has 12 or 24 volts and it doesn't sound like he can go out and find it. Me calling this a digital amp isn't a technically correct term, but I can use it to try to help someone understand something. Do you understand what...
I did car audio for about 10 years. You're getting a lot of mixed advise I rather not comment on for the sake of not getting into a pissing match. This is a very simple and easy install that I can help you step by step with. If you would like my help just send me a PM and I'll walk you through...
