Adjust the shift point by loosening the actuator on the side of the IP. I believe it points a little forward and if you back the 2 screws out, rotate the actuator more forward, and then tighten the screws up it will drop the points at which the tranny shifts. Looks like a black plastic doohickey...

If u just changed the fuel filter it is quite possible theres air in the line OR you didnt get a good seal when you put it back together. AIR IN THE FUEL WILL MAKE IT REV HIGHER FOR A BIT TIL IT DIES... If you havent changed the glo plugs this could also be part of your problem. Just one or 2...
