CDL required to drive 5 ton?

A good point poppo- a Farmer is a commercial driver- in other words he is driving for a (his) business. The bottom is to find the exemptions in your state regarding CDL. Keep a copy of those with you- IF they are applicable to you. When you travel to another state- you are obligated to find...

    Before and After, Paint, M925A1

I'll try to get the new owner to sign on to this wacky SS site, and he can give you the details. I think they found some CARC substitute that is perfect. It does look spectacular- and 100% authentic.

    Towing a M146 with a M931A1 ?

Here's some pics of an M915 hooking up to the M146. Looks like the crew was concerned about it, too, but made it work! :grd:

    Before and After, Paint, M925A1

This was a motor pool grade job. So no sand blasting. But that sounds like a good idea in some situations. Bad rust, paint damage, etc. Forgot to post this pic of the motor- as received from DRMO. Super nice!

    Before and After, Paint, M925A1

Sold this really nice truck to my friend. He's just finished the paint. Started as a multi color mix -n- match to nice 3 color camo.

    They are worth a LOT!

    Working the 915A1 & 923

I'm really liking the 8.3 motor in the A2's. They are a little finicky, but if you keep things topped off, I think it's a great package.

    Working the 915A1 & 923

Put over 2500 miles on the 915A1 this month. Here she is dropping off the M931A2 in Custer, SD. and picking up the Seabee M35A3 Watch out for green tractors- they drive around Custer like they own the place

    M931 fuel problems

Which motor do you have? The 8.3 fuel pump can be a problem. Lucky they are easy to find and less than $100. (US) And very easy to replace.

Need driver for m925? CDL, Hillsboro, OR. 10 mile drive

I don't have a CDL (never drive my trucks commercially), but I will come up and move it for you. Expenses and a small fee. A "same day' flight might be prohibitive. :grd:
