Ha- some exceptions- I have a winter house that I wanted in an HOA- some years just too busy to spend much time there. The HOA protects my interest while I'm away. The little guys run around and do my yard work, replace bulbs, water my palm trees, sweep the porch. Fix the sprinklers, etc etc...

Very Important- 5 ton trucks (Cummins) need to have SCA additive (silicate) in the coolant. If you want more info- go read about it on the Cummins site. But the reasons for it are valid- that's all that matters. A good example here in the US is PEAK Fleet Charge. Antifreeze/Coolant Peak HD...
