I have been trying to find the plastic bracket that secures my temp gauge to the instrument panel. I had bought one but it wasn’t the right size. Apparently there are different sizes. The one I need goes with the temp gauge with led over heat indicator. If these aren't sold as a separate piece...

Update, bought the KDS yellow label. My wait light/glow plugs were acting weird. The wait light would come on for 1 second then go out. This would happen even cold. I could tell the glow plugs were not heating up. Put the new TSU in and back to normal with the wait light and glow plugs coming on.

Perfect! I cleaned some of the grounding point up, but I think I’m missing some. I cleaned the one for the alternator, the one next to fuel filter, battery area, and some of the gauges.

Has anyone made their own grounding harness? From what I have read the grounding point for the turbo version of the grounding is diffrent? Looking to make my own but I don’t know where to ground it and the lug size. Was thinking of using 16 guage wire. Directions would be great!!!

I recently have been tinkering with my M1152A1 and noticed that the wastegate doesnt move. I have pulled on the little rod back and forth with a good amount of force and no movement. In addition, I don’t hear the thing whining or spooling, but it’s loud and possible can’t hear it. It doesn’t...

Any suggestions on how to get the extended version off? I loosen the Allen wrench screw and tried pulling…. They are stuck. Any suggestions?

For the check valve. I would be removing both the supply line and return line ones? Also what would I use to fill the void from which it came?

Engine oil and filter, transmission oil and filter, front diff oil, most of my time has been putting things back together and figuring out what is missing. Fuel system as aforementioned is next on the list.

I replaced all the glow plugs already. Still on the same diesel it came with haha. Probably been in there for 7 years. Read another post about draining any water built up in the filter area by opening up valve when at idle. Might try that with some fresh diesel. Any additive to run through it?

I haven’t had much chance to run it for extended periods of time. More testing required for that aspect of it.

Yes I wait a decent amount of time. Shutting off and turning on. When turning on I turn to the middle wait light comes on for a second then disappears, then I wait a few more seconds to try to start.
