The air ride on my 932a2 IS NOT as good off road. It doesnt articulate as far.... it rides better. A single axle setup would work as well if not better than a spring setup. but the stock leaf spring set up twists up like crazy. The air suspension picks the tires off the ground on uneven ground...
Ive used longer pitman arms to quicken the steering. It worked very well. On a straight axle Bump steer is caused by the height difference between the pitman arm and the steering knuckle. The further above the knuckle the pitman arm is ,the worse it will bump steer. The longer pitman arm made...
Thats a beautiful job. I like the road plows they are a bunch stronger than my western pro 10ft. I always was worried about my frame with the winch extensions so i beefed them up a bit. I always keep an eye out for cracks or twisting but after 9 years its been good.
Call pittsburgh diesel in pa. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Which turbo you use is important you want as much boost as possible to keep egt's down.

Check the check valves (especially the one right after the dryer before the first air tank). When they get rusty and stuck , the dryer does just what your describing.
I havent seen any m939 trucks with electric wipers. You would have to widen the whole setup as well as change the internal arm lenth. If the wipers dont park ALL the way up to the left they are directly in your field of vision(m35-m809 wipers go from 4 oclock to 8 oclock m939 wipers go from 4...
Funny all my 250's sound different. Some have more power than others. My latest M923 sounds like a popcorn machine and has as much power, even after a tune-up.
