How hard is it to make a stand alone system for glow plugs? I am going to pull the body and replace with the WILLIES so wireing will be from scratch.

Just need to plug the hole. I am not sure if my injector pump is good or not as the truck it came off of has been sitting for several years. I checked and I can get a rebuilt 6.2 pump for around $350. Might be able to get a 6.5 pump for the same. Starter needs rebuilding and then we will see.

Got the key, Thanks. Works great. This is a learning curve on the CUCV / 6.2. Any idea on the thread pitch for the drain plug? I tried several bolts, plugs, etc and nothing seamed to work. I am going to need a starter. The one I have kind of drage and it just will not bust off.

I am loosing fuel out of the bottom of the silver fuel filter thing on the firewall. Is there some type of drain on the bottom or is there something else wrong? The truck had all the fluids drained including a drill hole in one of the freeze plugs. Is there a second fuel filter on the truck? On...
