Cable is attached with set screw. I attach the cable to a tree and back up until unwound. Set the parking brake a little and rewind making sure it layers. Then pour used oil over the cable to protect it from rust.

Oli pressure held stedy at 15+ on 90 mile round trip. Oil looks thin. I bypassed the FDC and will try that.

I have a parts truck with a D turbo and a good truck with a C turbo. I don't like the C (way too much whine for me) and want to swap the D onto it. What is needed to make the swap? Gaskets, time, etc. Might even drill and tap for a pyro when off.

I think I am getting fuel into the oil. I know that fuel can get in if the FDC is leaking but what if the flame heater is leaking. I have so much WMO and ATF in my fuel it is hard to tell by smell but it looks and feels thin and pressure is a little above 15 psi. I also noticed fuel dripping...
