Well the advice the guys are giving you is great! Look up how to test glow plugs in the search area. It is not too hard to replace them. You can put in a push button setup or just use the glow plug controller if yours is good. Diesels will run on lots of different fuels also vs gasoline only...

I believe all 6.2's came with a square filter...**** to prime when changing.

Remember also I am heating (to remove water) and centrifuging (to remove heavies and particulate) sometimes blending with diesel then using the fuel. It is not as simple as pulling up to your local veg oil tank and pumping into your fuel tank.

heres the info I got mine in the boating section at walmart....The filter says not for diesel but I used it until it plugged up then cross referenced it at napa. I don't remember the number off hand. The kit was around 30$ and you have to buy a couple of fittings at the hardware store but it...

Occasionally you find them in Goldsboro or Butner and that's closer for you! I like the ones from Richmond...Always seem to have luck with them.

for under 500 I'd say have them bring it to ya. It's SO much easier to work on it in the driveway than on the highway or in the GL lot (some of the GL guys get kind of testy if you are wrenching on it in the lot (Lejeune)

ATF, WVO, Diesel...all have been through mine with no problems. I just put on a spin on filter to make the filter changes easier.
