You might consider using the sleeper off of an over the road truck.......if you cut an opening in the back of the cab the sleeper should mate to it using the gasket that SCSG-G4 referenced. The big walk in sleepers are very roomy and many already have creature comforts installed.

If you don't mind going slow it is possible to graft a civy crew cab into a deuce frame....think crew cab Internationals and such.......quieter ride, more comfort but still a toad in the road when traveling the interstates. There is a SS member that did a custom job on his deuce so he could...
