If you unlock the front windshield and reach in you can lock the door from the inside.......only a long armed kid could reach in and unlock it. This works better with a hardtop since a determined person could reach under the soft top and unlock the door.

If you are only going to buy one truck you should consider a private purchase. SS member Clinto is near you and sells very good deuces that he has given much love to. He will allow you to preview the truck and give you good advice on the care and feeding of these beasts.
