You need to use the input built into the RV. That will determine the setting and connection for the generator.

Won't it be split in the breaker panel? In a typical home panel you have two sides. 120v uses a single breaker and a 240v uses a double.

Can you pull it off and weld it? I have cracked a hard line on my backhoe hydraulics and welded it with success.

TM specifies normal operating pressure as 25-60 psi. I would assume the variable is hot-cold. My unit drops to just over 20 and remains for hours under a 40 amp load. I don't plan to look any further into it.

Does it have a solar panel charger? Mine measures 24 volts if I don't disconnect the solar charger.

I am not a generator specialist but from a mechanic point of view I probably would run at 50 percent for 10 hours or so then maybe 75 for another 10. That said, it's probably covered in one of the manuals.

What measurement are you talking about here? If you are referring to end gap then that is too tight. End gaps should be .010" to .020".

If you are not in a hurry I would let it soak and keep trying to turn it every so often. I wouldn't lean on it hard but try to work it in both directions if you can.
