- wonder if one could only use a pair of ECO hubs? (if he is wiling to only sell a pair)
- pull your front drive shaft....
- put the ECO hubs...
transfered a 200amp hummer alt to my LMTV few years ago. All been good. All the sudden it has stopped charging. Does not reach 28v at bats (or on dash) and does not reach 14v.
Anyone have diagnostic hints?? like which one on this alt. is the excite wire? Figure will need to asses if it...

some background..... Thought my alternator was going/went out... but I was stuck ... I HAVE to drive truck everyday right now to get to work and weather/health is forcing me to not be able to lift and get under cab...
Looks like with depth of four batts.... you can easily do 30 miles. Stays at 24v on dash voltmeter.
not sure why yet but Tues. on its typical 30 mile round trip of late I saw 24v. NOT 28v like usual.... G!@#$% gut punch. No alternator charging

Searched a bit to see what info is out there for trucks as big as Mogs, FMTV's, Deuce and Deuce 1/2 etc. sized Overland/Expedition campers.

This yellow truck's mirrors look like any other mirror on newish-ish medium trucks... but if you look closer you see with them being well in front..... this gives the truck a much overall narrowed stance. just thought someone might find it interesting

If I recall right both the 100amp FMTV and the 200amp Hummer alts folk have used are temperature compensating alternators? Where is the temp sensor? Is it in the regulator and it just senses it by the temp via contact to the alt body it bolts too orrr?
this is user manual for Med Eng BCS3. Can be modified to use as cool/warm suit warm under any garments via tubes for sewn in the garb and temperature regulated coolant pumped thru it. This one is designed for ice cooled water but you could build it onto any kind of cooler.... be it thermo...

Ive got some NOS bushings to use..... bought before the prices went nuts. Is there any way to renew the before install?? like soak them in xyz?? or heat to "ohfawk" temperature while in a bath of oil??? orrr???
