    Repurpose removed air dryer?

    was just reading a thread about PRE-airing up trucks ... where it was mentioned to do this ONLY with dry air from your home compressor. Am aware that when vehicle painting you want dry air too, same for tools etc..... could one repurpose their old style truck air dryer they removed/replaced...

    Hard key....... Keypad?

    on the 1079 (build 1994 but not left factory in TX till 1997*) the transmission keypad does NOT have the rubberish/siliconish key covers... just solid key buttons. Is this an older keypad or a newer keypad? It is a wtechII *not sure if the later distribution trucks got updated to something...
