Any hints on how to do this (search within your own subscribed threads only)
on my Rusty Rig M1078..... have got to redo the fuel pedal that broke off the floor. What do ya'll think the options may be for redoing pedal that might avoid some fuel pedal issues that spring up?
. Go to a Hanging pedal set up?
. Cable pedal?
. OEM with modifications
Any ideas out...
did a search various ways and did not come up with anything. If someone knows of a link to existing thread feel free to pass it on.

Beating price of AC upgrade with Personal AC system/Heater
Spent last two days doing searches about personal cooling setups and took the plunge (in ice water so to speak). As ya'll know the cost to purchase and install NOS AC systems in an FMTV is in the thousands...... and it just also does...
Did some more finite measuring today and came to conclusion my Ambulance box might well be able to be mounted back far enough so that the boxes existing wheelwells line up with the the rear tires..... leaving minimal box overhang that can be lobbed off at an angle if need be (about 20" overhang)...
putting out a request for any pics, videos, drawings, specifications..... anything folk out there might have on the mount system of the M1079.
Done ton of search and there seems to be little out there on the springs specs Could have swore there was a tiny tiny bit of info and one pic in here...
A1P2 is I believe the code for the first set of trucks that started using the Intermediate axle of a 6x6 as the primary rear axle. Does anyone have connections that can get pics or already has some pics of the spring perch mounts on these and later rear axles of the 4x4's with this setup...
Tried searching to see if this was already in here. Apologize if I missed it.

Previously someone mentioned they thought these trucks started getting frame rail vin stamps and not just cab plate. Does anyone know about what year that started and where on Frame the stamp would be? Struggling with getting my 95yr 1078 Titled and Registered. It sure would make all this easier...
Odd fellow (whose auction ended today). Seems to be sort of a "Functional priority" Junkard build? Nothing against that. Kinda of like Steam Punk, but different. Hard to tell what is attached where and how it accommodates for chassis flex, cab tilt etc. What storage boxes below box on it is 1079...

Chasing Parasitic Battery Drain
Came across this corny KISS video and did some follow up reading of reviews on it.... most seem to support it's information as being valid. As for doing this with 24v side??? Here was...
Having conflicts with MO in getting truck title. They have twice lost documents (FL. Title and then Vin inspection report) and are now saying they want to inspect it again (it's at my place in OH) cause they claim it is not designed to US safety standards.
UPDATE: Better yet for now Text Ben...

UPDATE: Course then again it appears ULSD did not hit till around year 2006 CA, 2007 rest of...
apparently, other Allison Tranny's with a Rear added T-Case have issues with breakage from vibrations. Though the one described below appears to break in different location from unintended vibrations than the 3070/3700 version in our trucks the result is the similar. Just throwing out there as...
